We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely, fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of lively Wiedikon, starting mid October, as I am leaving Zurich. The shared spaces in the apartment are fully furnished, and from the room I would most likely have some furniture to sell. **The Room (~12m ²) - Zimmer 2 on the 5 floor plan:** * **Size:** 11.75 m2 * **Rent:** 1,496 CHF / month. Partially including utilities. * **Furniture for sale:** room furniture to be discussed directly with me, but you would take over the common space furniture (e.g., sofas, project) for a very cheap, symbolic price * **Utilities:** Additionally to the rent, we pay for WiFi (13,33 CHF / month) and approx. once a month for cleaning (30 CHF / month) along with Tv & radio tax **The Apartment:** * Size: **114.5 m2** * Spacious **dining-living area** with a modern, open-plan kitchen * **2 full bathrooms** (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) * **Washing machine & dryer** conveniently located in one of the bathrooms * Located on the **5th floor with a lift** * Each flat has a **large private storage room** in the building * Just bring your suitcase - **shared spaces are fully furnished** **Flatmates:** You'll be living with **two others** (total 3 people in the flat).
