The kitchen was renovated about two years ago and features a ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a small dining table for shared meals. It is fully equipped with all common kitchen utensils. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a large dining table, and a TV, making it ideal for relaxed evenings or spending time together. The bathroom has also been renovated and is well maintained. It includes a bathtub with shower function, sink with mirror cabinet, and toilet.
