Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment in one of Zurich’s best and most central locations. You’d be living with Noa, Lennard and Anna in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large kitchen, a comfortable living room and two bathrooms. The flat is located right by Limmatplatz, surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. In summer, you can even go swimming in the Limmat just around the corner. Zurich main station is only two tram stops away or around a 10-minute walk. After more than six years in this apartment, I’m moving on. It’s honestly a wonderful place to live, and I’ll definitely miss the apartment, the neighbourhood and especially how easy it is to get everywhere from here. **Your future flatmates** Noa is Swiss and works at the Zurich Opera House. She is calm, enjoys spending time at home and likes trying out new sports. Lennard is originally from Hamburg and works as a consultant. He currently travels sometimes for work and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and spending time in the mountains. Anna is French and works for an insurance company. She speaks French, English and Spanish and enjoys going out, having dinner with friends and spending time with people. Overall, the flat share is friendly and easygoing. Sometimes you might cook, chat or spend an evening together, while at other times everyone does their own thing. We care about cleanliness, mutual respect and making the apartment feel like a comfortable home for everyone. **The room and apartment** The room is 13.4 m2 and costs CHF 1’200 per month. All additional costs are included, such as internet, utilities and a cleaner for the shared areas every two weeks. The apartment also includes: * A washing machine and dryer inside the apartment * Bicycle parking * Storage space in both the attic and basement The room is available immediately or from 1 July. It can also initially be rented for three months, with the possibility of extending the stay as we have talked to people some prefer it this way. A bed with mattress, both only around two years old, can optionally be purchased from the current tenant. A chest of drawers and a shelving unit are also available if useful. Taking over any of the furniture is completely optional and will not influence our decision. We’d love to briefly get to know you during a viewing.
