Das erste Zimmer ist 14 m2 gross, das sich anschliessende Wohnzimmer fast 20 m2 und das dritte Zimmer zum Hinterhof hinaus 10 m2. Der überdachten Balkon nach Osten, läd zum Verweilen ein. Im Keller befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche. Zusätzlichen Stauraum bieten uns ein Kellerabteil und ein Reduit. Die Wohnung wäre noch bis zum 30.11 mit meiner Mitbewohnerin eine WG. Dannach kann die Wohnung alleine oder als WG gemietet werden. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!
