Hello! I’m moving out of my room in November, and we are looking for someone to take over the room in our beautiful shared apartment and sign the main lease together with my flatmate. The apartment is centrally located in Luzern, around a **10 minute walk from the train station**. Shops, supermarkets and public transport are all within close walking distance. The apartment has **3 bedrooms**, one of which will become available, as well as: * A bright living room * A separate kitchen * 1 bathroom * A large terrace * Washing machine and tumbler * Dishwasher The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant shared living situation. **Your future flatmates** You’ll be living with two students, aged **27 and 25**. They are both easy-going, tidy and enjoy having a nice and respectful WG atmosphere. They like keeping the apartment clean and pleasant, while also giving each other enough space and privacy. We’re looking for someone who is similarly considerate and would enjoy living together in a relaxed and friendly WG.
