Spacious 3,5 Apartment located in very central Neukölln. 2min walk to S+U Neukölln, and 2min walk to various supermarkets like penny, baraka, kaufland, rossmann,pharmacies.

Richardplatz around the corner and loads of restaurant and cafe options within few minute walks as well.

The Half room is currently used as walk in wardrobe, but could be office space or extra childrens room as well.

Looking for 2-3 Rooms in Xberg/Neukölln/Schöneberg/Mitte/Pberg

There is one small catch. Unfortunately, my landlord (Heimstaden) doesn't agree to a traditional apartment swap.
Instead, I would either add the person moving in to the lease as a co-tenant and then remove myself from the contract after some time, or arrange it through an official subletting agreement.
