Mein Partner und ich vermieten unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 29. Mai bis zum 12. Juli. Die Daten sind etwas flexibel, aber das wäre der ideale Zeitraum. Keine Anmeldung möglich, da es sich um eine Untermiete handelt. Die Wohnung ist 61 m² groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer sowie einem separaten Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 1400 € inklusive Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 600 € (VB). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Süden von Neukölln, in einer sehr grünen und ruhigen Gegend. Sie liegt im 3. Stock und hat einen schönen offenen Ausblick, einen Balkon sowie einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und alles kann mitbenutzt werden. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut: die Bushaltestelle “Gensweg” befindet sich 2 Minuten von der Wohnung, zur nächstgrößeren Station “Johannisthaler Chaussee” sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Bus. The apartment is located in the south of Neukölln, in a very green and quiet area. It is on the third floor and has a beautiful open view, a balcony, and an elevator. The apartment comes fully furnished and everything can be used. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The connection to public transport is very convenient: the bus stop “Gensweg” is 2 minutes from the apartment, it’s a 10 minutes bus ride to the closest larger station “Johannisthaler Chaussee”.
