Hallo zusammen :)
Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für ein Zimmer in einer ruhigen 2er-WG in Düsseldorf-Stockum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss.
Kosten:
Warmmiete: 650 € inkl. Nebenkosten
Zusätzlich ca. 50 € für Strom, WLAN und GEZ
Möbelübernahme mit 230 € ist erwünscht.
Zu übernehmende Möbel:
Bett inkl. Matratze
Schreibtisch & Bürostuhl
Ventilator
Esstisch + 2 Stühle (mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammengekauft)
Die Möbel sind in gutem Zustand und können bei der Besichtigung angeschaut werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein Abstellraum sowie eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die gemeinsam mit den anderen WG-Parteien genutzt wird. Für Fahrräder gibt es eine Garage; davor steht außerdem ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung.
Lage:
Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort erreicht man die Innenstadt und den Hauptbahnhof unkompliziert. Der Flughafen ist schnell mit dem Bus erreichbar. Eine neue direkte U-Bahn-Verbindung zum Flughafen soll voraussichtlich ab Herbst zur Verfügung stehen.
Du wirst mit Hina (28) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist Japanerin, berufstätig und spricht Japanisch und Englisch. Da eine gute Kommunikation im WG-Alltag wichtig ist, suche ich bevorzugt eine Person, die Japanisch oder Englisch spricht.
Mir ist wichtig, dass ihr euch gut versteht und ein angenehmes und respektvolles Zusammenleben habt. :)

I am looking for a female tenant to take over a room in a quiet 2-person shared apartment in Düsseldorf-Stockum. The apartment is located on the top floor.
Costs:
Warm rent: €650 including additional costs
Plus approx. €50 for electricity, Wi-Fi and GEZ (public broadcasting fee)
Furniture takeover for €230 is preferred.
Furniture to be taken over:
Bed including mattress
Desk
Office chair
Fan
Dining table + 2 chairs (purchased together with my flatmate)
The furniture is in good condition and can be viewed during the apartment viewing.
The apartment also has a storage room and a washing machine in the basement, which is shared with the other flatmates in the building. There is a garage for bicycles, and a parking space is also available in front of the garage.
Location:
The nearest U-Bahn station is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can easily reach the city centre and Düsseldorf Central Station. The airport can also be reached quickly by bus. A new direct U-Bahn connection to the airport is expected to be available from autumn.
You will be living with Hina (28). She is Japanese, works full-time and speaks Japanese and English. Since good communication is important in everyday shared-flat life, I am preferably looking for someone who speaks Japanese or English.
It is important to me that you get along well and have a pleasant and respectful living arrangement. :)
