ROOM / ZIMMER English: The apartment has three rooms. The available room is approx. 10 m² with a sloping ceiling. The third room remains a shared living room, providing a proper common area. If you prefer the large bedroom, this could also be arranged. I would then move into the room originally planned as the living room, while the smaller room could be used together for storage or other purposes. I would like to discuss this first, as the flat would then no longer have a proper living room. We can decide together which option suits us better. Deutsch: Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 10 m² groß und hat eine Dachschräge. Das dritte Zimmer bleibt als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer erhalten und bietet einen richtigen Gemeinschaftsbereich. Falls du lieber das große Schlafzimmer hättest, wäre das auch möglich. Ich würde dann in das ursprünglich als Wohnzimmer geplante Zimmer ziehen, während wir das kleinere Zimmer gemeinsam als Abstellraum oder für andere Zwecke nutzen könnten. Das würde ich gerne vorher besprechen, da die Wohnung dann kein richtiges Wohnzimmer mehr hätte. Wir können gemeinsam entscheiden, welche Variante besser passt. LOCATION / LAGE English: The apartment is in a pleasant and quiet residential area. A REWE supermarket is very close, and public transport is easy to reach. The area is calm and suitable for relaxed living. Deutsch: Die Wohnung liegt in einer angenehmen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Ein REWE-Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe, und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal für entspanntes Wohnen. FLATSHARE / WG-LEBEN English: I work from 7:00 to 16:00 and am usually away from around 6:45 until 16:30. During the week, I usually spend my evenings relaxing at home. On weekends, I like to make plans, go out and spend time with friends. I am looking for a friendly, reliable and tidy flatmate. Respect, cleanliness and open communication are important to me. The apartment should be a calm and comfortable home, not a party place. It is nice to chat sometimes, but everyone should also have privacy. I do not speak German well yet, so it is important that you speak English well enough for everyday communication. Deutsch: Ich arbeite von 7:00 bis 16:00 Uhr und bin meistens von ca. 6:45 bis 16:30 Uhr nicht zu Hause. Unter der Woche verbringe ich meine Abende meistens ruhig zu Hause. Am Wochenende mache ich gerne Pläne, gehe raus und verbringe Zeit mit Freunden. Ich suche eine freundliche, zuverlässige und ordentliche Person. Respekt, Sauberkeit und offene Kommunikation sind mir wichtig. Die Wohnung soll ein ruhiges und angenehmes Zuhause und kein Party-Ort sein. Man kann sich gerne unterhalten, aber jeder sollte auch seine Privatsphäre haben. Da ich noch nicht gut Deutsch spreche, ist es mir wichtig, dass du gut genug Englisch für die Kommunikation im Alltag sprichst. MISCELLANEOUS / SONSTIGES English: We can discuss the room arrangement and organization of the apartment together. There are kitchen cabinets, but since I rarely use the kitchen, I have not organized all of them yet. We can arrange these things together. The price entered as warm rent includes rent, internet, electricity and other regular costs. I have not made a final decision about the deposit yet. I think this should be discussed together and planned in consultation with the landlord. Deutsch: Über die Zimmeraufteilung und Organisation der Wohnung können wir gerne gemeinsam sprechen. Es gibt Küchenschränke, aber da ich die Küche selten nutze, habe ich noch nicht alle organisiert. Das können wir gemeinsam planen. Der als warmmiete angegebene Preis umfasst Miete, Internet, Strom und andere regelmäßige Kosten. Bezüglich der Kaution habe ich noch keine endgültige Entscheidung getroffen. Ich denke, dass wir dies gemeinsam und in Absprache mit dem Vermieter besprechen und planen sollten.
