We are looking for a third roommate for our modern, neat shared flat near Hardbrücke, starting **July 2st** (or upon further agreement), **unlimited term** :)
**Who we are:**

\- Greek, male, 29y, doctor, speaks German, English, Greek

We are pretty busy with our daily lives and jobs/studies (also because of differing schedules), but still find time to enjoy a nice evening together or to do some activities from time to time. We are very communicative, openminded, enjoy to travel and to spend time with our friends.

If you are a uncomplicated, self-dependent and tidy person (and non-smoker!), we'd love to hear from you :)

very quite, calm neighborhood, very little traffic, right next to Letzigrund stadium, 20min by feet to Hardbrücke train station/Hardplatz; bus station Herdernstrasse (line 32) right outside. 20min by feet for grocery shopping (Letzipark/Migros).
**Your room:**
Modern, cozy room in a nice apartment with a small balcony; also enough storage room in the basement.
**Cost:**

\- irregular costs 3-4 times a year: Serafe, insurance, key service (one time), heating -> this amounts to approx. 400.- per year.
