Ich suche nun eine langfristige Wohnung, bevorzugt in den Bezirken Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg oder Friedrichshain. Gesucht wird eine Wohnung bis ca. 900 € warm. Ein Balkon wäre wünschenswert sowie eine gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn solange es sich im Ring befindet. Idealerweise ohne hohe Abstandszahlungen und in einem bezugsfertigen Zustand oder zumindest keine großen Renovierungsarbeiten. Ich bin aber auch offen für alle ähnlichen Angebote und Hinweiße! Ich lebe allein, habe keine Haustiere und lege Wert auf ein ruhiges, respektvolles Wohnumfeld. Der Einzug wäre ab dem 01.06. möglich, ggf. auch zum 15.06. I am looking for a long-term apartment, preferably in the districts of Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, or Friedrichshain. I am looking for an apartment up to around €900 (warm rent). A balcony would be desirable, as well as good access to the U-Bahn, as long as it’s within the S-Bahn ring. Ideally, the apartment would not require high one-time payments (Abstandszahlungen) and should be in a move-in ready condition, or at least not require major renovations. I am also open to similar offers and hints! I live alone, have no pets, and value a quiet, respectful living environment. The move-in would be possible from 1st June, or alternatively 15th May or 15th June. All necessary documents are available and can be provided upon request.
