Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum der Stadt – bis zur Innenstadt brauchst du maximal 5 Minuten. Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Wochenmärkte usw. sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Bushaltestellen und Regionalbahn erreichst du in ca. 2 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof liegt etwa 7 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located right in the city centre – you can reach the inner city in a maximum of 5 minutes. Supermarkets, shops, weekly markets etc. are just a few metres away. Bus stops and regional trains are about 2 minutes away, the main train station is around 7 minutes on foot.

Die Kosten teilen sich so auf:
Kaltmiete: 345 €
Nebenkosten (ohne Heizung und Strom): 85 €
Fernwärme (Heizung): 40 € (direkt an den Energieträger)
Strom: ca. 47 € (inkl. Warmwassererzeugung – das Warmwasser wird bei uns elektrisch erzeugt)
Internet ist vorhanden (mit Router) – die Kosten von 71 € teilen wir uns fair, also ca. 23,50 € pro Person.

Miete + Nebenkosten + Heizung + Strom ≈ 517 €
