ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung. Unter bestimmten Umständen wäre es auch möglich, die Wohnung komplett zu überlassen.

Ich bin selbst eine Frau und bitte daher ausschließlich Frauen um Kontaktaufnahme.

Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 45 m², Balkon und Aufzug.
Die Vermietung erfolgt als WG-Zimmer bzw. zur Mitbenutzung der Wohnung.

Wichtig: Eine Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt (Meldebescheinigung) sowie ein regulärer Mietvertrag sind leider nicht möglich.
Kaution 1400€

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin-Reinickendorf.
