Finally, we are gifted with an amazing terrace with a view of the Alpes and a swimming pool in the shared garden. **Room**: The available room is a generous size and situated on the upper floor, offering a cozy feel with its sloped ceiling under the roof. It's a fantastic spot for a quiet retreat. The takeover of some furniture from the previous tenant is possible and can be discussed. **Finances**: The rent is 980 CHF a month including utilities (heating, electricity, wifi, cleaning lady, shared groceries, and other apartment amenities).
