1. ——— General Information ——— We are looking for a student or working professional to join our flat effective immediately to the end of October (maybe November) Ideally, we are looking for someone who has previous experience living in a shared house and understands the importance of being respectful, clean, and easy-going. We value a peaceful and comfortable home environment, so we are looking for someone whose lifestyle fits well with a family household and who is mindful of the people they live with. We expect everyone to take good care of the shared spaces — for example, washing or putting away their dishes, leaving the hob and oven clean after use, and treating shared appliances and household items with care. Being clean and considerate when using the bathroom is also very important to us. Overall, we are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and who will treat the home as their own. 2. ——— About the Room ——— The room is the one shown in the first pictures with the large convertible sleeping couch. It has a desk, we also provide a large chest of drawers. If you have questions please ask. Shared spaces are the Kitchen and the Bathroom. 3. ——— About the Flatmates ——— We are Beyza (female, 29) and Felix (male, 28). The person who will be living fulltime in the flat is Beyza. Felix is living and working in Ingolstadt during the week and only there on weekends. 4. ——— Application Documents / Rent ——— Since this is a short term living arangement, we DON’T require any SCHUFA or deposit. If you are able to pay the months rent at the beginning of the month it would be a plus it’s not a must.
