Hihi! I'm looking for a new roommate starting 1st August, the apartment is being taken over by WFS so they prefer students or people in training! It's also been a girls only apartment for the last year and I would like to keep it this way :) The room is spacious but cosy, it looks out on the trees in the garden so it has lots of privacy! My housemate is also selling the bed and desk pictured for 70- if you'd like, (but we can also move them if not!) The apartment is cosy and quiet, with a spacious living room and small extra room. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and there's a patio area that is great for a summer bbq. The cost includes all the bills and serafe ☀️ I'm currently finishing an internship and teaching on the side, I like running and music and enjoy socialising! :) I'm looking for someone friendly and chill to join me in the flat! I'm always happy to share a meal or watch a movie together, as it's a 2 person WG I think it's important we both get on and feel at home in the flat!
