Es werden nur Berufstätige Leute berücksichtigt von dem Vermieter, mit Nachweis von 3
Monatseinkommen und Schufa Auskunft von 2026!
Hier kann man auch als Paar gemütlich drin Wohnen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Sarstedt, Straßenbahn zu Fuß 5 Minuten oder 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof.

Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt, kein Balkon und kein Aufzug.

Man kann sich die Wohnung gerne besichtigen, von Montag bis Samstag ab ca 15.30 Uhr.

Die Küche ist von Januar 2023 mit Rechnung und ich möchte dafür noch 500 Euro haben.
