Hallo :-) In unserer freundlichen und entspannten WG in Thierhaupten werden zwei möblierte Zimmer frei: Zimmer 1: ca. 17 m², frei ab 01.09. (Kaltmiete: 360€) Zimmer 2: ca. 12 m², frei ab 01.08. (Kaltmiete: 315€) Die WG befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle und dem Lechgebiet entfernt. Wenn du Ruhe sucht, bist du hier genau richtig. Eine Anbindung nach Augsburg ist möglich, checke allerdings die ÖPNV Anbindung. Unsere WG besteht seit 2023 und zeichnet sich durch ein freundliches, lockeres und respektvolles Miteinander aus. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt aus Portugal und spricht hauptsächlich Englisch. Sie ist offen, ruhig, freundlich und ordentlich. Da uns ein harmonisches Zusammenleben besonders wichtig ist, suchen wir eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die gut in die WG passt und Wert auf ein angenehmes Wohnklima legt :-) Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kochutensilien, Haushaltsgeräte und vieles mehr sind bereits vorhanden. It’s an ideal location for anyone who enjoys nature. If you work/study in Augsburg, please check the public transport first. Our flat share has existed since 2023 and offers a relaxed, friendly, and respectful living atmosphere. Your future flatmate is a 28-year-old woman from Portugal who mainly speaks English. She is open-minded, calm, friendly, and tidy.
