I am looking for someone to take over my place in the apartment.
There are two possible arrangements: either the new tenant takes over my position in the existing rental agreement and continues the tenancy together with the current flatmate, or a separate rental agreement can be made directly with the current flatmate.
The exact arrangement can be discussed depending on what works best for everyone involved.
The apartment is located very close to the Limmat river, with a beautiful view and the forest just behind the house – perfect if you enjoy nature, walks and a peaceful environment.
At the same time, the location is very well connected to Zurich. Schlieren train station is just a few minutes away, making it easy and convenient to reach Zürich.
The room is initially available as a temporary sublet, with the possibility of taking over the rental contract afterwards.
Plenty of parking and possibility to have a garage per 160chf per month
