It's south-facing, gets a ton of natural light, and overlooks the back yard, which is very green with lots of trees. It has large windows with exterior blinds that are remote-controlled. The area is very quiet, so even if you leave the windows open, you won't hear a peep. The room (~17 m^2) is the best bedroom in a large apartment (~105 m^2). The current person living in the room is selling their furnishings. He's moving abroad because he got a nice job offer. But the apartment can be available unfurnished as well. On top of the room, there is a ton of storage in the hallway, bike storage in the basement, and a cellar storeroom. The street is literally "park street," as both ends of the street have parks on them (Schlosspark Schönhausen and Bürgerpark Pankow). This is a very quiet street, and the apartment faces the garden section, so it is even quieter.
