It comes fully furnished with a bed, two shelving units including a clothes rail, a small sideboard and a mirror. There is also a shared living room. The apartment & location The apartment is around 76 sqm and located on Sonnenallee in Neukölln, close to Hermannplatz and Maybachufer. Maybachufer is within walking distance and Tempelhofer Feld is only about 5–10 minutes away by bike. My flatmate is currently away as well and will most likely return at the end of October or sometime in November, meaning you would have the whole apartment to yourself at the beginning. WG life We’re looking for a friendly and easy-going person who’s up for a relaxed shared-flat atmosphere. When we’re both around, it would be nice to occasionally have a coffee together, chat or do some crafting – but there’s absolutely no pressure. Everything can, nothing has to :) Since I spontaneously decided to go travelling for a few months, the room is initially available until the end of December. As I don’t know exactly when I’ll be coming back yet, there might be the possibility to extend the sublet or potentially even take over the room permanently afterwards.
