A room in a shared flat is ready to be rented from 15.10.2026. The flat is new, renovated at the end of 2025. I was the first person to live in my spacious room. The furnitures are provided by the agency (Bavivi AG). The flat has its own washing machine and dryer. There are no additional costs. Rent includes monthly cleaning service as well, provided again by the company. The flatmates are nice as well, speaking English, German, French and Spanish.
Location: 5 minutes by walk to Bahnhof Wiedikon and 17 minutes by walk to the Zurich HB (around 5-7 with tram). It is really perfectly located.
