Wohnung (English version below) Da ich im Oktober für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe Vermiete ich meine Wohnung für 5 Monate unter. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Souterainwohnung mit einem Küchen/Esszimmer, einem Flur in dem ein Kleiderschrank steht, einem Badezimmer und einem Großzügigen Wohn/-Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet ( Geschirr etc. wäre alles vorhanden, es gibt aber keine Spülmaschine) und einer Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen großzügigen Schreibtisch, ein paar Regale und ein 1,40 m Bett mit Matraze. Die Möbel würde ich alle in der Wohnung lassen. (Pflanzen eigentlich auch, kann diese aber auch woanders unterbringen wenn gewünscht). Lage: Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Lämmchensberg in einem schönen Wohngebiet mit nähe zum Pfälzerwald. Dort kann man super spazieren oder joggen gehen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle zum Stadtzentrum ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Architekturfakultät der RPTU ist 15 min und der restliche Campus ca. 25 min entfernt. Man kann vor der Haustür parken (außer der 1.FC Kaiserslautern hat ein Heimspiel, was sich aber auf einige Wochenenden beschränkt. In der Zeit kann man kostenlos auf dem Universitätsparkplatz parken). The apartment has a kitchen/dining room, a hallway with a closet, a bathroom, and a spacious living room/bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (all dishes and utensils are provided, but there is no dishwasher) and includes a washing machine. There is a spacious desk, a few shelves, the closet in the hallway and a 1.40 m bed with a mattress. I would leave all the furniture in the apartment. (The plants too, but I can also put them somewhere else if you dont want them.) The apartment is located on Lämmchensberg in a beautiful residential area close to the Palatinate Forest. It’s a great place to go for a walk or a jog. The nearest bus stop to the city center is a 5-minute walk away. The RPTU’s School of Architecture is 15 minutes away, and the rest of the campus is about 25 minutes away. You can park right outside the front door (unless 1.FC Kaiserslautern has a home game, but that’s limited to a few weekends. During that time, you can park for free in the university parking lot).
