This 1.5 room apartment will be available as of the 16.11.26. It is very well layed out and has enough space for 1 person (will only be rented to one person). The kitchen is up to a modern standard with plenty of storage room. Dishwasher, oven and full fridge and freezer. There is a winter garden that can function as an extra room (not heated)- I used it as a sewing studio. The bathroom is very spacious and has a washer and dryer. There is a pretty outdoor area that has space for a 2 person table and a little bench. IMPORTANT: the gray wall you see on the picture is no longer there. It was redone professionally in white and now fits to the rest of the walls. There is one picture of this. I would prefer someone to take this over. It divides the large room in two and creates a perfect bedroom separate from the rest. This also includes the large closet that will stay in the apartment.
