Looking for a tenant to take over my room as soon as possible. This beautiful room is 4 minutes away by bus from Oerlikon train station, the closest bus stop is Neuaffoltern. The price is super cheap, considering the location and the private access to the terrace/garden. It includes internet connection and utilities as water and electicity. The only additional cost is to take over the furniture in the terrace for CHF 200. The rental period is limited to the end of May, as the building will face some renovation works. The room is available for the registration (Anmeldung). A 1 month deposit (CHF 1000) is required. The flat is shared with a lovely girl and a guy in their mid 20s, probably the best flatmates you could ever wish for! Please only get in touch if you already have a job contract and possibly a Swiss permit, other than at least one paycheck (3 would be the best). ONLY WHO NEEDS THE ROOM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WILL BE CONSIDERED!
