Über dieses Inserat

I am looking for a female professional to rent a private room in my modern 3.5-room apartment on Limmatstrasse, Zürich, just a 4-minute walk from Zürich HB. About the apartment • Modern and well-maintained apartment • Excellent central location • Private bedroom • Shared bathroom • Quiet and comfortable environment • The current bed can be purchased from the previous tenant Pets and smoking are not allowed by the housing agency of the building. About me I am a 28-year-old woman from Greece and work in a corporate role. I am very clean, organised, and appreciate a tidy and well-kept home. Who I am looking for The room is ideally suited for a female commuter or professional who works in Zürich during the week and returns home on weekends. I am looking for someone who primarily needs a comfortable and convenient place to stay during the working week and values a quiet, respectful living environment. This is not a traditional WG and is best suited to someone looking for a comfortable weekday base in central Zürich. The setup is intended for someone who mainly uses the private bedroom and shared bathroom. Light kitchen use is welcome (coffee machine, fridge, kettle), while the living room is not part of the shared arrangement. I would love to find someone who is clean, considerate, and appreciates a calm and well-organised home. If this sounds like a good fit, please send me a short introduction about yourself, your work situation, and how often you would be staying in Zürich.
