Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie einen Balkon.

Durch die hohen Decken, großen Fenster und den Dielenboden ist die Wohnung sehr hell und hat typischen Berliner Altbau-Charme.

Außerdem gibt es einen großen Arbeitsplatz mit Monitor – ideal für Homeoffice.

Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar. Wir suchen vorzugsweise jemanden, der die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 01.09. bis 30.10.2026 übernehmen möchte.

The apartment comes fully furnished and includes a large bedroom, cozy living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony.

With its high ceilings, large windows and beautiful wooden floors, the apartment is bright and has lots of classic Berlin charm.

There is also a spacious desk setup with a monitor, making the apartment perfect for working from home.

The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. We are preferably looking for someone who would like to rent it for the entire period from September 1 until October 30, 2026.
