meine Eltern möchten gerne ihre jetzige Wohnung mit einer Wohnfläche von 96 m² gegen eine kleinere Wohnung tauschen, da sich die Anzahl der Familienmitglieder inzwischen reduziert hat.

Gesucht wird eine Wohnung mit ca. 70–80 m². Die Wohnung muss sich in Münster oder in der näheren Umgebung von Münster befinden. Die Kaltmiete sollte maximal 890 € betragen.
