- Tram stop almost directly outside(Markt straße).
- Hbf and Jahn platz can be reached in 5 min with tram
- Around 400 metres from the old town
- Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl are nearby (less then a 5 min walk)
- Lot of restaurants are nearby
