There are also a shared bike storage space and a shared room with washing machine & drier. Very well located between the Berninaplatz and Tierspital stops. Rent is 2225 CHF. I'm also interested in selling most of the furniture shown in the photos (table, chairs, sofa, buffet). Willingness to take over the furniture will be a factor in choosing the next tenant.
