Die Wohnung ist saniert und großzügig, d.h. wir teilen uns ein möbliertes großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Flurbereich mit Wäscheständer und Rudergerät. I’m looking for a female roommate starting January 1, 2027—preferably someone who, like me, commutes to work or is employed. The apartment is very centrally located in the Old Town, meaning it’s just a short walk to shops and the university. The large, vacant room (16 square meters) has four beautiful double wooden windows with a view of the Schillerhaus. The apartment has been renovated and is spacious; we’ll share a large, furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway area with a clothes rack and a rowing machine.
