Ich verkaufe meine Garage in Aue Bad Schlema Nähe des Stadtparks.

Ich hatte sie schonmal zum Verkauf angeboten, danach hatte sich ein Gesetz geändert und nun war ich in intensivem Kontakt mit der zuständigen WOBA in Aue.

Sie ist aus DDR Zeiten also massiv gebaut. Der Raum ist trocken und ein Fenster zur Belüftung ist auch vorhanden. Strom ist da und Licht funktioniert auch :)

Ich habe nun offiziell das Recht/ die Befugnis sie zu veräußern. Also hiermit erneut die Anzeige.
