## Description

Living room converted into private room. Big room with lots of space, light and ventilation. Backyard facing so the room is peaceful too.

Furnished with:
-Double bed
-Drawers
-TV
-Big L shaped couch
- Cupboard (not yet but will be added)

You will be living a lovely young couple from India, we are recent graduates who have been in Berlin for over 3 years now. Our current roommates are moving out end of this month so now this room is available either as a private room or a 2-person shared room also (suitable for couples)! We are very chill and like to have fun and goof around. Though, we like to keep the apartment as clean as possible at all times so that is very important for us. Parties, friends and noise is not an issue for us as we like to have friends over from time to time also, just of course we all stay respectful depending on the time.

The location is the best part, U3 Kurfurstenstrase is a 5 min walk, U2 gleisdreick and U2 Bulowstrase are both approximately 7 mins walk. There is a huge lovely park 5 mins away and lots of shops, restaurants and bars on the main street just 2 mins walk away.
