Die Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung erhalten, kann aber gegen einen Aufpreis übernommen werden. Man hat eine Top Übersicht über ganz Bad Kreuznach, ist in der Stadt näher und man hat eine gute Busverbindung.
Die Nachbarn sind angenehm und ruhig.
Das Haus indem sich die Wohnung befindet ist aus 1965.
