Infos zur Wohnung: • einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum • eine separate Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung (Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Airfryer, SodaStream etc. sowie sämtliches Kochutensilien) • ein Badezimmer mit Waschtrockner • WLAN Im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gibt es außerdem ein Bücherregal mit einer schönen Auswahl an Büchern, an dem du dich gerne bedienen kannst. :) Infos zur Lage: Die Gegend ist eine tolle Mischung aus ruhig, grün und gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bars (auch viele vegane und vegetarische Optionen). Supermärkte und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. The apartment is located in Winsviertel, right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain (about a 2-minute walk). The location is very central, and many of Prenzlauer Berg’s nicest areas can easily be reached on foot or by public transport. Wasserturmpark, Kollwitzkiez and Bötzowkiez are also just a short walk away. About the apartment: • a cozy living/sleeping room • a separate, fully equipped kitchen (including appliances such as a coffee machine, Airfryer, SodaStream, etc., as well as all cooking utensils) • a bathroom with a washer-dryer • WiFi The living/sleeping room also has a bookshelf with a nice selection of books, which you’re very welcome to use. :) About the location: The neighborhood is a great mix of quiet, green and central. There are lots of cafés, restaurants and bars right outside the door, including many vegan and vegetarian options. Supermarkets and everything you need for everyday life are also within walking distance. Dates & price: • 09/09–30/09/2026 (3 weeks) • €550 for the entire period • plus a €500 security deposit, which will of course be returned afterwards as long as everything is in order.
