€290 / week (€42 for each additional day). Rent includes all utilities (as well as everyday household supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc), Wi-Fi, bed linen, and shared use of the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (sorry no dishwasher).

Im Detail:
vermiete ein (Nichtraucher-)Zimmer in meiner Wohnung wochenweise an eine Person (keine dauerhafte Vermietung möglich, da das Zimmer immer wieder anders benötigt wird). Badezimmer, Küche und Balkon können mitgenutzt werden. Bitte beachten: es handelt sich um einen Altbau, das Parkett knarzt, Fenster sind nicht schalldicht (daher für geräuschempfindliche Menschen evt. weniger geeignet). Auch wenn es sich um Kurzzeitvermietung handelt, vermiete ich bevorzugt an Menschen, die sich gern eine Wohnung teilen und Spaß am (vorübergehenden) Zusammenleben haben.
Wohnung: ca. 111m² Altbauwohnung, ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner.
Lage: Haidhausen, Innenstadt-nah, S-Bahn Halt Rosenheimer Platz und Ostbahnhof in unter 10min zu Fuß erreichbar (oder 3 Minuten mit dem Bus; Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus). Ca. 1km bis zur Isar oder zum Werksviertel; zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Geschäfte etc. in der Umgebung.
Ich: Akademiker, Mitte 50, arbeite an der Uni, Nichtraucher; unkompliziert, eher ruhig aber nicht ungesellig; habe meist Besseres zu tun, als Bad und Küche auf Hochglanz zu polieren, bin aber sicherlich kein “Messy” und schätze Ordnung in den gemeinsamen Zimmern; kein Haustier

Details: I am renting out a (non-smoking) room in my flat on a weekly basis to one person. Unfortunately, long-term rental is not possible, as the room is needed for other purposes from time to time. The bathroom, kitchen, and balcony can of course be shared.
Please note that this is an older building: the floor boards creak, and the windows are not soundproof (so may not be ideal for people who are very sensitive to noise).
Although this is a short-term rental, I prefer flat mates who enjoy sharing a home and appreciate the social aspect of living together, even if only temporarily.

Location: Haidhausen, close to Munich city centre, Rosenheimer Platz and Munich East S-Bahn stations are less than 10min away on foot (or 3 minutes by bus, Bus stop directly in front of the building); Isar river and the Werksviertel district are about 1km away, numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby.
About me: friendly male university professional in my mid-50s, easy-going, generally rather quiet but not unsociable. I usually have better things to do than keep the bathroom and kitchen polished to perfection, but am certainly not messy and appreciate tidiness in shared spaces. No pets.
