We are renting out a bright and spacious 17 m² room in a duplex apartment with a rooftop terrace in District 4, between the district administration building and the Wiedikon train station.

We’re looking for a calm person with an established life, is a non-smoker, values tidiness, and appreciates a relaxed home environment. Ideally, you’re over 30 years old. We’re often out and about ourselves and want to maintain a pleasant atmosphere at home. We’d love to share a dinner together now and then with good, lively conversation, but we also respect each other’s privacy.

You will be living with Marta (37) and Thomas (52). Both work a lot and enjoy spending their free time outdoors. Marta likes to cook and bake, does yoga and aerial yoga, and explores new places in her free time. Thomas enjoys cooking, cycling, and hiking on his days off.
