Kosten (Miete kann sich eventuell noch ändern): - Kaltmiete: 375,- € - Nebenkosten: 75,- € - Heizkosten: 95,- € - Warmmiete: 545,- € 3. Lage & Infrastruktur: - Hauptbahnhof: Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. - ÖPNV: Bushaltestellen sind in 1 bzw. 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt). - Einkaufen: Nahkauf und eine Bäckerei befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. - Freizeit: Das Stadtbad (Schwimmbad) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. - Behörden: Die Ausländerbehörde ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
