Looking for someone to takeover my contract as the main tenant of 1.5 room apartment in Adliswil. It has excellent connection to Zurich HB in just 15 minutes.
The apartment features big windows on all 4 sides with electric shades.
It is very bright and sunny. The two big sliding doors lead to 2 balconies - one of which is quite large.
The building was renovated in 2022. I'm the first tenant after the renovation, and everything is as good as new.
