A room is being rented from the first of November in the Area of Pankow.
From S-Bahn Pankow is arround 15 mins in bus and 10 in bike.
There is also the S1Wilhelmsruh 10 minutes walking.
The bus stop is 3 minutes walking from the building.
Public transport connection is quite good
The room has a lot of space:
Around 16 sqm, and comes with some furnitures.
There is an Edeka just a few minutes walking, some cafes, a späti, some parks as well. It's a really nice area, super clean and green.
The building has a small garden as well.
The apartment is also quite big, and it's shared with a second person, so 2 people in the apartment.
The rent is 654 eur warm per month. Does not include internet, each person is responsible for their own internet plan (to avoid conflicts due to downloads or streamings).
The rooms is located at the opposite side of my flatmate, and before entering your room there is another small room, so it's quite private.
The appartment is quite big.
Anmeldung is possible.
It is rented untill the end of December.
There is an old dog, he is super sweet!
