## Description

Hey everyone!
I’m renting out my entire apartment from 15th September until 31.10.2026

Ideally, I’d love to find a responsible female tenant.

The apartment is a cozy 2-room flat (approx. 50 m2) with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and a charming French balcony.
Location:
Right on Kastanienallee, close to Zionkirchplatz
M1 and M12 trams stop right outside the building
The bedroom faces the courtyard, making it very quiet despite the central location.
Rent: €990/month
Deposit: €500

Feel free to get in touch if you're interested or have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Sonstiges
Kastanienallee is one of the most vibrant and charming streets in Prenzlauer Berg, very central and lively.

The neighborhood has a great residential feel while offering many cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and small boutiques within a few steps.

Public transport connections are excellent, with the M1 and M12 tram lines just outside the door, making it easy to reach Mitte and other central areas within minutes. The area is safe, walkable, and popular among young professionals and internationals

The apartment comes fully furnished and includes towels and bed linen.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower filter installed. There is also a washing machine available in the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no rdishwasher, as I live alone and never really needed one.

Please note that Anmeldung is not possible.
