Hi, ich biete hier eine top moderne Wohnung direkt an der Wesertstraße und Maybachufer in Neukölln. Die Wohnung hat eine super Küche, ein tolles Bad, schöne Türen und Böden, super Fenster und eine Energiespartherme. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss im Vorderhaus, die Straße davor relativ wenig befahren (da Kopfsteinpflaster). Ich suche nach etwas in Hamburg, da ich dort für einen neuen Job hinziehe. Meine Wunschmiete liegt bei bis zu 900 Euro kalt. Wenn ihr also sowas habt, reach out! Ich hätte gerne mindestens 2 Zimmer. Ich bin flexibel was die Location angeht, solange ich nicht zu weit von Lokstedt bin. WICHTIG: Mein Vertrag endet zum 30.11.2026 - mein Vermieter ist offen für Vorschläge für einen Nachmieter, allerdings nur mit einem starken Profil (Gehaltsnachweise, aktuelle Schufa, Personalausweis (geschwärzt, natürlich), Arbeitsvertrag, etc...). Je vollständiger eure Unterlagen, desto besser! Wenn ihr etwas in Hamburg habt, was für mich passt, würde ich eure Dokumente an den Vermieter weiterleiten. Wir könnten dann natürlich auch über Übernahme bestimmter Möbel etc. sprechen. Für meine Wohnung in Hamburg: Ich suche nach etwas, das maximal 25 Fahrradminuten von Lokstedt entfernt ist. Gerne westlich der Alster oder beim Stadtpark. Bei sehr schönen oder sehr günstigen Wohnungen würde ich auch etwas weitere Strecken auf mich nehmen. Ich kann eine dicke Dokumentenmappe anbieten, die alle relevanten Dokumente hat. Schreibt mir gerne hier, lasst uns ins Gespräch kommen. Je schneller, desto besser, da mein Vermieter sonst selbst bald nach neuen Mietern suchen wird. The apartment features a great kitchen, a fantastic bathroom, beautiful doors and flooring, excellent windows, and an energy-efficient heating system. It is located on the ground floor of the front building; the street outside sees relatively little traffic (due to the cobblestones). I’m looking for a place in Hamburg, as I’m moving there for a new job. My target base rent is up to 900 euros. So, if you have something like that, please reach out! I’d like at least two rooms. I’m flexible regarding the location, as long as it’s not too far from Lokstedt. IMPORTANT: My lease runs until November 30, 2026. My landlord is open to suggestions for a new tenant, but only if they have a strong profile (proof of income, current SCHUFA report, ID card—redacted, of course—employment contract, etc.). The more complete your documents, the better! If you have a place in Hamburg that suits me, I would forward your documents to the landlord.
