It is 33 m² and has a balcony, bathtub, separate kitchen with a door, a cosy sleeping nook separated by curtains, a lift in the building, and basement storage. The location is very convenient: the bus stop is about 2 minutes away, and Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn is around a 6-minute walk. We really love the apartment, especially the balcony and the central yet neighbourhood-like location, but we are looking for more space as a couple.
