Sie ist für EINE erwachsene, nicht rauchende Person geeignet, hell und voll möbliert mit Fernseher, Waschmaschine, etc...
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Queen-Size-Boxspring-Bett und genug Schrank-Raum für Eure Sachen, im Wintergarten ein großer Schreibtisch mit einzigartiger Aussicht.
Die Wohnung steht vom 25. September bis Ende Dezember zur Untermiete zur Verfügung, ggfls. bis Februar 27.

Der Preis ist alles incl., also Heizung und NK, Strom und Internet.
Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
Haustiere sind im Haus leider nicht möglich.

Ein persönliches Kennenlernen plus Wohnungsbesichtigung vor Ort ist für Mittwoch, 16.9.26 vorgesehen.
