The apartment features a large, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and two sinks; there’s also a guest bathroom and a balcony. An elevator and a basement are also available.

Nearby Eisenbahnstrasse offers shopping options and bars, and supermarkets and public transportation are also very close by—just a one- to two-minute walk away.

There are currently two of us living here, Khaled and Alex; we’re both filmmakers and artists and lead a pretty quiet life—we’re past the days of shared-apartment parties ;)
