Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Sie ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was du für die Zeit brauchst. Du kannst also direkt einziehen.

Der Südbalkon bekommt bis ca. 16 Uhr Sonne. Je nachdem, wie du ihn nutzen möchtest, kann er entweder gemütlich mit Hängematte oder alternativ mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit eingerichtet werden.

Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und quasi der erweiterte Garten. U8 und Ringbahn sind in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass du schnell in der ganzen Stadt unterwegs bist. Rund um die Warthestraße gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Die Gegend ist lebendig und gleichzeitig angenehm grün.

Miete: 1.200 € pro Monat, all inclusive

I am subletting my fully furnished 60 m², 2-room apartment on Warthestraße from now until February 28, 2027.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of a spacious living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, so you can move in right away.
The south-facing balcony gets sun until around 4 pm. Depending on how you would like to use it, it can either be set up with a hammock for relaxing or alternatively with a table and seating.

Tempelhofer Feld is only a few minutes away and basically feels like an extended garden. The U8 subway line and the Ringbahn are about an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Berlin. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is lively while still being pleasantly green.
