Wer hat ab dem 1.November 2026 für 6–12 Monate, Lust auf eine richtig schöne Wohnung, ein entspanntes Zusammenleben und ein Zuhause mit ziemlich guter Ausstattung?

Wie wir hier wohnen:
Im unteren Stockwerk befinden sich drei Zimmer, mein Bad sowie eine grosse, offene Wohnküche. Dein Zimmer ist natürlich dein eigener Rückzugsort und kann mit oder ohne Möbel und Bett vermietet werden. Das dritte Zimmer kann je nach Bedarf als Sport-, Gäste- oder Hobbyzimmer genutzt werden.

Oben wartet das grosse, gemütliche Wohnzimmer: mit Heimkino, einem Arbeitsbereich und einem zweiten (deinem) grossen Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Und ganz oben gibt es noch das eigentliche Highlight: unsere 40 m² Dachterrasse – mit viel Platz für Sommerabende, Apéro, Grillen, Sonne tanken oder einfach mal nichts tun.

Zu mir:
Ich bin Flo, 40, beruflich und auch in meiner Freizeit ziemlich gut eingespannt. Gleichzeitig ist mir mein Zuhause wichtig – und vor allem, mit wem ich es teile. Wir sollten uns also gut verstehen und ein ähnliches Verständnis von einem gemütlichen, entspannten Zuhause hat. Wenn die Zeit es hergibt, gerne auch mal gemeinsam kochen, einen Film im Heimkino schauen oder die Dachterrasse geniessen.

My girlfriend is going abroad for an extended stay from November, so I’m looking for a friendly flatmate from 1 November 2026 for 6–12 months.

The apartment is a beautiful maisonette in the heart of Kreis 4, with plenty of space, privacy and a pretty great setup. I’m looking for someone who enjoys having a nice home and is up for a relaxed and respectful way of living together.

The hard facts:

The apartment:
The lower floor has three rooms, my bathroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area. Your room is your own private space, of course. The third room can be used as a gym, guest room or hobby room, depending on what we need.

Upstairs is a large and comfortable living room with a home cinema, a dedicated workspace and a second (yours!) large bathroom with shower and toilet. And then there’s the highlight: the 40 m² rooftop terrace – perfect for summer evenings, drinks, BBQs, sunbathing or simply doing absolutely nothing.

About me:
I’m Flo, 40, and fairly busy both professionally and in my free time. At the same time, I really value having a nice and comfortable home – and I think who you share it with makes a big difference. And if schedules allow, I’d definitely be up for cooking together, watching a movie in the home cinema or enjoying the rooftop terrace.
