Beautiful spacious apartment in Kreuzberg, next to Maybahufer
I’m renting out my beautiful apartment in Kreuzberg while I’m away for an artistic residency, which I’ve been awarded a grant for. I’ll be away until January, so I’m looking for someone to enjoy the apartment during this time. The dates can be somewhat flexible.
The apartment is located right by Schönleinstraße U-Bahn station, the canal of Maybahufer is just a short walk away, and the area is full of cafés, restaurants, bars, independent shops and lots of second-hand and vintage shops around the neighbourhood.
Despite being right in the middle of the everything, the apartment is located in the Hinterhof (backyard), which makes it surprisingly quiet and peaceful. You get all the energy and convenience of Kreuzberg right outside your door, while the apartment itself feels calm and silent.

The bedroom is very large and bright, with plenty of space for a double bed, storage and a work area. The apartment also has a beautiful, spacious living and dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment has beautiful old wooden floors and high ceilings, giving it a very warm and homely atmosphere.
From 1st September until January — dates somewhat flexible
Price 1500€ all expenses included
I’m looking for someone respectful and responsible who will treat the apartment as their own home while I’m away. No parties, please.
