We live in a 2 bedroom apt located next to Maybachufer, at the 1st floor of a nice building looking at the street, nonetheless pretty quiet. The apt is really cozy and the location is just amazing. We also have a small balcony, facing the quiet street. There are a lot of bars and restaurants all around and the U-Bahn U8 is just 5 mins by walking. Since one of us has to work from home, we realized that more space would definitely help organize our lives at home. About us: Francesca, 32 years old, jewellery designer from Italy. I moved from the UK to Berlin in 2018. I am a jewellery designer. I am both a freelancer and employee. I have a part time job as a 3d jewellery designer and I recently opened a jewellery store in Pappelallee 12, Prenzlauer Berg. (www.whatifberlin.com) Pieter, 33 years old, working in software engineering, and originally from the Netherlands. In February 2019, I moved to Berlin for work and after living in a shared apartment, I now very much enjoy living together with Francesca. We are looking for a 3 bedroom apt for possibly not more than 1500€. Would be ideal if that would be either in Kreuzberg/Kreuzköln or Prenzlauer Berg. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
