We, a very international group of flatmates, are looking for a new roommate!
We are students and trainees who share a charming 16th-century half-timbered house in Marburg.
We are all non-smokers, value cleanliness, and look forward to meeting you soon.
It would be great if you are also a student or trainee – then you'd definitely fit in with us!
In our flat, we mainly speak German and English, as the residents come from Germany, Turkey, Pakistan, Korea, and Iran.
We share two bathrooms and a kitchen, which we keep clean using a cleaning schedule.
We enjoy socializing, but we're usually all quite busy, so it's always quiet and pleasant for studying.
The rent includes internet and electricity – €370 all-inclusive. There's also a dryer and a washing machine in the bathrooms.
You'll be living right in the pedestrian zone of Marburg's upper town, very centrally located, and the university is a maximum 20-minute walk away. Parking, however, can be tricky. The room can be taken over as is, or you can bring your own furniture. It has just been freshly painted.
